Emag Solutions - May 2007- April 2008

  • Developed web-based interface for a proprietary database search utility oriented toward searching large volumes of collected and stored data.

The Weather Channel - November 2006 – May 2007

  • Technologies Utilized: HTML, XML, CSS, ActionScript 2.0, Macromedia Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Flash, and JavaScript.
  • Designed, developed, and maintained several of the broadband-oriented sites for weather.com which focused on streaming video.
  • Worked with a proprietary content management system (CMS) to build components which seamlessly integrated highly dynamic photo and video content into promotional sites for several of The Weather Channel’s TV shows.

AutoTrader.com - October 2005 – November 2006

  • Technologies Utilized: HTML, XML, XSLT, AJAX, CSS, Java, Macromedia Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Flash, and JavaScript.
  • Programmed, implemented, and maintained aspects of the website’s custom built Content Management System.
  • Designed and created new aspects of the site, and of the AutoTrader.com internet presence, including the “New Model Showcase” and “Sell Your Car” sections, the “Fraud Tips” streaming video section, as well as the creation of the first AutoTrader.com Google widget.

Price Waterhouse Coopers - September 2004 – September 2005

  • Technologies Utilized:  HTML, CSS, Macromedia MX Design Suite (Dreamweaver, Flash, Freehand, and Fireworks) and the Adobe CS suite (Photoshop, Acrobat, and Illustrator). 
  • Designed and developed User Interface for a project which included a content management system, permissions-based dynamic user interface, and was to incorporate their corporate branding and existing style guides into an original website. 
  • Gathered user requirements from the director in charge of the project, and an analysis of the process flow from the specialist in charge, and developed a wireframe and site map at a high level of the site and flow of the application.  Met with programmers who were responsible for development of the various applications within the site to assure that the project was within specifications and developmentally possible from a programming perspective.
  • Wrote JavaScript interface elements and coded JSP embedded elements which would handle the dynamic content.

Alliance Communications- January 2002 – June 2004

  • Technologies Utilized:  Macromedia Design Suite (Dreamweaver, Flash, Fireworks, Freehand, etc), the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, ImageReady, GoLive, Acrobat, etc), JavaScript, CSS, HTML, DHTML, XML, ASP and JSP. 
  • Functioned as lead designer on a number of client sites, designing the front end look and feel for dozens of smaller clients.  This position involved a great degree of creativity and client interaction, as well as a demand for quick turnaround and the ability to improvise and work in a very fast paced environment under tight deadlines.

Citicorp - October 2000 – September 2001

  • Technologies Utilized:  HTML, CSS, JavaScript, the Macromedia Design Suite (Dreamweaver, Flash, Fireworks, Freehand, etc), and the Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, ImageReady, and Acrobat).
  • Designed a portion of Citicorp’s Visa TravelMoney website.  Answered directly to the director of e-solutions and had a great degree of autonomy developing an online user interface to allow Citicorp customers to buy debit cards and traveler’s checks directly from the site.  The site included account management features and user profile settings built dynamically into the site.
